The main body of the sponge suction cup is an aluminum profile, the structure is relatively hard, it is not easy to be damaged, and the maintenance cost in the later period is low.
Sponge suction cups are more widely used, such as cardboard boxes, wood that is a little breathable or the surface is not very flat, and the adsorption surface is even larger.

2,The fixture is a lightweight fixture in the form of rolling shutters
The roller shutter type lightweight fixture is used to grab one layer at a time, and through the rotation function of the fourth axis of the manipulator, the products are stacked and stacked between each layer. There is no need to change fixtures when changing products.
The main body of the fixture is made of aluminum, with a relatively hard structure and is not easy to be damaged; the guide rod of the roller blind is made of hardened steel pipe, which is not easy to deform; the power of the roller blind adopts the motor; the belt adopts the synchronous belt; the chain adopts the Huangshan or the same grade chain. The overall weight of the fixture is about 220kg

3,The fixture is Drag Pressure Type fixture
The Drag Pressure Type fixture is clamped on both sides and held up at the bottom. It belongs to a single row or single box grasping method. Through the rotation function of the fourth axis of the manipulator, the products are stacked on each other to achieve stacking.
The clamp adopts the form of aluminum profile main structure combined with stainless steel splint, which is clamped by pneumatic components, and is suitable for grasping products of different sizes through the length of the stroke. Power supply requires 24V DC.
