 The robot palletizing system is mainly designed for the back-end palletizing of high-speed packaging lines.The system is
light in body,small in footprint and powerful in functions,which can be used in different environments.A set of palletizing
system can be used in a single line,or palletizing for two packaging lines at the same time,and two linescan produce the
same product,or two lines can produce different products.It saves more space and costs,reducts the labor intensity of
subsequent packaging,and saves manpower and production costs.
The robot body uses the IRB460 robot of ABB, a multinational company with nearly 30 years of experience in the field of

Fixture Introduction

1, The fixture is a whole layer of sponge suction cups
The whole layer of sponge sucker is used to grab one layer at a time, and through the rotation function of the fourth axis
of the manipulator, the products are stacked and stacked between each layer. There is no need to change fixtures when
changing products. Self-contained air source fan, power 7.5kw; equipped with muffler, filter, regulating valve, vacuum
valve; noise: 65 decibels, stable pressure and sufficient flow.
The main body of the sponge suction cup is an aluminum profile, the structure is relatively hard, it is not easy to be
damaged, and the maintenance cost in the later period is low.
Sponge suction cups are more widely used, such as cardboard boxes, wood that is a little breathable or the surface is not
very flat, and the adsorption surface is even larger.

2,The fixture is a lightweight fixture in the form of rolling shutters
The roller shutter type lightweight fixture is used to grab one layer at a time, and through the rotation function of the fourth axis of the manipulator, the products are stacked and stacked between each layer. There is no need to change fixtures when changing products.
The main body of the fixture is made of aluminum, with a relatively hard structure and is not easy to be damaged; the guide rod of the roller blind is made of hardened steel pipe, which is not easy to deform; the power of the roller blind adopts the motor; the belt adopts the synchronous belt; the chain adopts the Huangshan or the same grade chain. The overall weight of the fixture is about 220kg

3,The fixture is Drag Pressure Type fixture
The Drag Pressure Type fixture is clamped on both sides and held up at the bottom. It belongs to a single row or single box grasping method. Through the rotation function of the fourth axis of the manipulator, the products are stacked on each other to achieve stacking.
The clamp adopts the form of aluminum profile main structure combined with stainless steel splint, which is clamped by pneumatic components, and is suitable for grasping products of different sizes through the length of the stroke. Power supply requires 24V DC.

Function description: The gripper adopts a finger structure and a pressing device, which can reliably clamp and release products. The special hook tooth structure design can ensure that the barrel mouth rubber ring will not be damaged when grabbing the barrel. The gripper can be rotated, and a single set of manipulators can meet the needs of simultaneous palletizing of two lines.

                                           Pallet Conveyor Introduction
The pallet conveyor is composed of several pallet conveyors, and the guardrails on both sides of the conveyor can be adjusted, which is suitable for different types of pallets
The pallet conveyor at the palletizing position is equipped with a sensing device. After the pallet is in place, the photoelectric automatic induction pallet stops palletizing. After the palletizing is completed, it is transported to the forklift position.

The main function of this machine is that after the front packaging box is transported to the conveyor to be coded, the machine positions the packaging box and provides an incoming box signal for the palletizer to accurately grab the packaging box.
