Product Description

This equipment is a single-station weighing table filling and weighing. When filling,
the gun head dives into the liquid surface of the barrel mouth to fill to avoid splashing
during filling.The filling head fills the filling time by time and small flow to ensure the
filling speed and accuracy. The filling head is designed with a feeding tray. After filling,
the feeding tray extends to prevent the liquid from dripping from the filling head from
contaminating the packaging and the conveying line.

Process: After the empty barrels are automatically transported in place, large-flow filling
begins. When the filling amount reaches the target amount for rough filling, the large flow
is turned off, and low-flow filling begins. After reaching the target value for fine filling, the
valve body is closed in time.

When filling, the filling speed is automatically adjusted for different material pressures.
The weighing system adopts high-precision weighing instruments and Toledo weighing
sensors to ensure filling accuracy. In addition, the system has anti-corrosion and anti-
overload protection devices. The sensor is IP68 protected and meets explosion-proof
requirements,and the sensor is easy to install, disassemble and maintain. The weighing
system controls the accuracy through high-precision weighing instruments, and the
accuracy of small flow can be fine-tuned.

The filling valve and the cleaning part of the filling pipeline can be disassembled for cleaning,
which is simple and convenient.
